Trust. Two verses to sum up the Christan life.
Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all of your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." I don't have much time, but one thing is certain. If you are struggling or confused or afraid of something, just trust Jesus. Tell Him what's going on. Obey Him, and He promises to direct your paths.
